# What is the Student Assistance Program (SAP)?

SAP is Kirana’s free and confidential counselling and wellbeing service for students. It provides access to professional support by phone, online, or face to face.

You can use SAP for personal matters, mental health concerns, stress management, study pressures, or general wellbeing support. It’s designed to ensure you have the help you need throughout your study journey.
