# What if I'm not satisfied with the outcome?
If your concern has been reviewed through Kirana’s internal complaints and appeals process and you’re still unhappy with the outcome, you have the right to seek external review.
You may contact ASQA or your state’s Fair Trading or consumer affairs body. These organisations provide independent oversight and advice.
