# What if I'm not confident with technology?
That’s completely okay, you’re not expected to be an expert. Your Success Coach can guide you through the basics and link you to free, beginner-friendly courses that cover computer skills, navigating online platforms, and using simple tools you’ll need for study. You’ll have support the whole way through.
