What are role plays?

Role plays are simulated workplace scenarios used in many qualifications to assess your communication, problem-solving, and practical skills.

You can complete these with fellow students, colleagues, friends, or family, as long as they meet the participant requirements. Some courses also offer virtual group workshops where you can complete your role plays online with support.
