We encourage you to try to resolve concerns informally first by speaking with your Student Success Coach or the person involved. Many issues can be resolved quickly this way.
If the matter isn’t resolved, you can submit a formal complaint using the Complaints and Appeals Form via Canvas or by email. Your complaint will be reviewed in line with our Complaints and Appeals Policy.
