Do you charge transaction fees?

A small payment plan fee applies to bank account direct debit payments processed through our payment provider, DebitSuccess. Credit and debit card payments do not incur a transaction surcharge. A one-off establishment fee also applies when setting up a payment plan. All applicable fees are clearly outlined upfront during enrolment.
